Media Access is based in the United Kingdom and the offices are manned from 7:30am until 7:30pm, when a researcher takes the “on-call.” Unless your enquiry is URGENT, please respect the fact our “on-call” staff prefer not to be called from their beds. If at all possible, please use the email facility or call during office hours
